Kailyn Carr- B.F.A. Studio Art.

I’m a B.F.A Studio Art major from the University of Texas at Austin. I’m originally from Pleasanton Texas, and since coming to Austin I’ve fallen in love with its rich art community. College taught me that art is a personal, introspective thing; but also, something affluent in conversation. Working studios and summer camps during college made me realize that my favorite type of art was created with others! Art creates communities, establishes connections between artists, and grows individuals to be more creative and observant people. I’m so excited to be able to help others build these early developmental connections through art, and of course, having fun while doing so!
