Rosemarie Good- B.F.A. in Design

Rosemarie Good has had a paintbrush and her watercolor palette by her side since she was 8 years old. Raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Rose worked for many years designing wallpaper after receiving her BFA in Surface Pattern Design from Syracuse University.

It was after moving to Austin in 2006 with her husband that she found her passion for teaching art to people of all ages. Rose has been teaching for Art Plus Academy since 2014 at the Cedar Park location. With each student it is her goal to not only teach them the skills for drawing and painting, but also inspire them to find their own creative voice and create the art they want to make.

As a practicing mixed media artist Rose’s work has been shown and sold throughout exhibits, galleries and studio tours in the Georgetown, Round Rock and Austin areas. She resides in Round Rock with her husband Jon, two children and two mischievous pugs.
